My letter is written to a candidate requesting that they send clarify missing information from their resume. I mention the specific pieces in question so the reader can easily make reference to the items. I also included a time frame so the reader will understand the urgency required to submit their resume to our client. Throughout the document, I focused on why this information is necessary, so the reader is more likely to respond. I also make sure to mention that I am available for further assistance if the reader requires it.
